Do I need a GP referral?

A GP referral is not required to begin your assessment. However, we encourage you to maintain an ongoing relationship with your GP and to inform them of any care you receive through Lilith Elemental.

How do I begin?

Start with our online assessment. A short, guided questionnaire covering your health history, goals and lifestyle. From there, you will be matched with a practitioner for a private telehealth consultation to discuss your personalised protocol.

Who is this suitable for?

Our protocols are designed for women seeking personalised health consultations: health assessment, metabolic support, recovery, skin health or longevity. During your assessment, your practitioner will confirm suitability based on your individual health profile.

Is this available in my state?

Yes. Lilith Elemental operates Australia-wide via telehealth. Consultations are conducted by video, and all protocols are delivered direct to your door regardless of your location.

How does the telehealth consultation work?

After completing your online assessment, you will be matched with a Lilith practitioner for a private video consultation. Your health goals, assessment findings, and individual protocol are discussed in full. All from the comfort of your home.

How long is a consultation?

Initial consultations typically run 20 to 30 minutes. Follow-up reviews are shorter, around 10 to 15 minutes. Your practitioner will take as long as needed to ensure your questions are answered and your protocol is clearly understood.

Can I choose my practitioner?

We match you with the practitioner best suited to your health goals and protocol requirements. If you would like to request a specific practitioner for follow-up consultations, simply let our team know and we will accommodate where possible.

What should I expect from my first consultation?

Before your appointment, you will complete a detailed health assessment covering your health history, current symptoms, medications, and goals. Your practitioner reviews this before the call, so the consultation itself focuses on discussing your clinical picture, your priorities, and whether a Lilith protocol is appropriate for you. If you and your practitioner agree to proceed, they will outline a proposed protocol. There is no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to make a decision on the call.

What kind of protocols does Lilith offer?

Lilith Elemental offers individually assessed, individually assessed health consultations covering fatigue and energy, metabolic health, health and wellbeing, sleep quality, cognitive health, skin and collagen health, and longevity. Every protocol is designed by your practitioner based on your individual assessment. We do not offer supplements or off-the-shelf products.

How are protocols designed?

Every protocol is individually designed by your practitioner based on your assessment, health history, and stated goals. Nothing is templated. Dosages and schedules are tailored to your biology.

How long before I see results?

Individual responses vary and depend on your starting health profile, the protocol prescribed, and how your body responds. Your practitioner reviews your progress at each follow-up and adjusts accordingly.

Are there side effects?

All Lilith protocols are prescribed and monitored by licensed practitioners. Individual responses vary. If you notice any changes between consultations, your practitioner is available to review and adjust your protocol. We recommend booking a follow-up if anything feels different.

Will I definitely receive a protocol?

Not necessarily. Your practitioner exercises independent clinical judgement and may determine that a prescribed protocol is not the most appropriate course of action for you. Non-prescribing outcomes, including monitoring, lifestyle recommendations, or referral to another specialist, are equally valid clinical decisions. There is no obligation on either side, and your practitioner will always recommend the path they believe is most appropriate for your circumstances.

How are products delivered?

Your protocol is prepared by licensed Australian pharmacies and delivered in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging direct to your door, Australia-wide. Estimated delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from pharmacy dispatch. Delivery timeframes may vary.

How are my protocols prepared?

Every protocol is individually prepared by a licensed Australian pharmacy to your practitioner's exact specifications. Pharmaceutical-grade quality, temperature-controlled where required, delivered discreetly to your door.

What if I need to change my protocol?

Your protocol is never locked in. If you experience side effects, your goals shift, or your practitioner recommends adjustments based on follow-up assessments, your protocol can be modified at any time. Simply book a follow-up consultation or contact our team.

Is my information kept confidential?
