A GP referral is not required to begin. Your assessment is reviewed by a Lilith practitioner, and if a consultation is right for you, you will be scheduled with one of our AHPRA-registered practitioners. We encourage you to maintain an ongoing relationship with your GP.
What happens at a consultation?
Your practitioner has already reviewed your assessment before you arrive. The consultation is a private video call at a time that suits you. Your health history, current concerns and individual goals are explored in full. Nothing is templated. Nothing is rushed.
Is Lilith Elemental suitable for perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. Life-stage transitions, including perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, are among the most common reasons women come to us. Your consultation reviews your full health picture individually. We do not apply a standard protocol to a non-standard experience.
What does a consultation cost?

How are protocols delivered?
Once prescribed, your protocol is dispensed through a licensed Australian pharmacy and delivered to your door. Discreet packaging. Temperature-controlled where required. You will not have to explain anything to anyone at the door.
How long until I notice changes?
Individual responses vary. Your timeline depends on your health baseline, the protocol prescribed and how your body responds. Your practitioner reviews your progress regularly and adjusts your approach. We do not offer fixed timelines. Honest medicine does not.
